This episode is part of the Learning Uncut Disruption series.  This pop-up daily series aims to equip learning professionals with practical guidance and tips to get started or scale up with practices needed as part of their organisational response to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Learning Uncut host, Michelle Ockers, reviews the Disruption series.  She discusses the purpose of the series, range of episodes and key themes across the series.  She also outlines the three phases she predicts learning professionals / teams will go through during this period of disruption – the fierce urgency of now, the innovative middle and the emergent future.  The Disruption series was created to meet the needs of the first phase and the bridge into the second.  Keep an eye out for another special Learning Uncut series in mid 2020 which will be called the Emergent series.  It will cover practices and considerations to support learning professionals through the second phase and into the emergent future.

A big thank you to all Disruption series guests for your willingness to participate.  Also the highly responsive, professional Disruption series production team – Dave Stokes (editor) and Natalie DeBon-Govic (publishing).
